So in an unexpected email today I received a rejection letter that I sent 3/15/09.

How an agent can expect to run a business as such is beyond me, because after all I'm just a simple unpublished author who doesn't know any better. I do promise to not bother that agent again and continue my writing.

Well took a nice long break, little over a month to take time with my family. Now it is time to get back into writing and finding an outlet to become published. Lots of good things going on around here, hope the success continues onto my stories. Thanks for reading.

I've been taking a break recently, really the bug to write had slipped away somewhat but I don't mind because my kid has been down and I've been having fun. Yet I'm not sure if it was today or yesterday, something happened and I realized how much I missed working on a story. I spent a little time today reading a blog by Brandon Sanderson and it just urged me more. There were several points in his ramblings that sparked my interest. Therefore changing my mind about a previous project and how I shouldn't give up on my novel. So I've spent the day working on something else but the bug is back. I'm looking forward to diving back into a story and telling a tale.

I know this may sound silly but this is how it goes, the need to write isn't always constant but when it is here I enjoy it.

So much going on have not had time to write or post a blog. So I'm posting but really taking time to have fun and do a little reading at night. Maybe next month I'll get back into it and finish up the story I recently started. For now I think we're heading out to go swimming. 8)

no new queries sent out! yay!

This month is flying by and I've all but stopped sending out queries for now. Currently writing a tragedy and going to stick to what i love to do. That is not sending out queries to agents! For now I'm done with that and just going to write a little while for the fun of it. Maybe I'll sell something to a magazine or online publication, if not then no loss on my part.

Working on a new story, putting the many pieces together and still editing the novel trying to work that word count down. Updates on queries also...

Lost/Missing/Ignored: 4

Ok so there really isn't a lost/missing/ignored section as I have all ideas those emails were rejected for some silly reason and whoever received my query felt it unnecessary to reply. Therefore I'm left wondering what happened, because I guess a spam filter could of ate it up, I really just don't know.
